Never Miss a Job ("we") is a New Brunswick, Canada business. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you ask for a free check or a demo: your name, business name, trade, phone, email and average job value. If you become a client, we also process call and text data needed to run the service.

Why

To contact you, run the free check, provide the service and send invoices. We do not sell your information.

Texts and calls

You agree to one test call when you request a free check. Your customers can reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Who we share with

Trusted service providers that host our software, phone, email and payments. Some may store data outside Canada.

How long

As long as needed for the reasons above, then deleted.
